How this protects you
Your portal account is linked to your record only after your clinic confirms your identity, either through an enrollment code they give you or a check at the front desk. No one can reach your record by guessing your name or date of birth.
Once you are signed in, the portal is bound to your record alone. There is no address you can change and no setting you can alter that would show you someone else's information.
Each time your record is opened, by you or by a member of your care team, that access is recorded in an audit trail your clinic can review. Nothing happens to your record quietly.
The portal exists to show you your record. It does not advertise to you, it does not sell your information, and it does not track you across other websites. It sets one cookie, the one that keeps you signed in.
Need help
Contact your clinic. They issue codes and can confirm your identity in person. For your security, access cannot be reset over email.
A parent, guardian, or person with legal authority can be granted access. Your clinic verifies and authorizes that relationship first.
