Why OmniEHR exists
Electronic health records were supposed to make care safer and clinicians' lives easier. Two decades in, the industry's answer has been more systems, more interfaces, and more clicks, with the patient's story scattered across all of them. The evidence is in: EHR usability is now measurably tied to patient safety, clinicians spend more time documenting than caring, and the seams between systems are where care falls through.
We think the fix isn't another integration. It's a record that was never split apart in the first place. OmniEHR is built FHIR-native from the first keystroke, composed as one platform across every care setting, with ambient intelligence that gives clinicians their evenings back, and never takes the pen out of their hands.
